Executive-focused alliance helps organizations close the gap between AI implementation and AI success.

BETHESDA, Md. – June 12, 2026 – Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc) and Inclusivity EQ (IEQ) announced the formation of the AI Readiness & Adoption Alliance (AIRAA), an executive-focused alliance created to help organizations address the leadership, governance, readiness, and adoption challenges that often determine whether AI initiatives succeed.

As organizations race to implement AI tools, many are discovering that successful AI adoption extends far beyond the tools themselves. Leadership alignment, governance, accountability, decision rights, workforce adoption, organizational readiness, and technology readiness all influence whether AI investments deliver measurable business value. At the same time, AI is rapidly becoming a more regulated environment, increasing the need for governance, oversight, and responsible implementation.

AIRAA was created to help organizations close this gap. Unlike firms focused on AI tools, AIRAA focuses on the organizational, leadership, governance, and adoption foundations required to achieve successful AI implementation. The alliance helps executive teams build the structures, accountability, and readiness necessary to scale AI in a way that is governed, measurable, and sustainable.

“Organizations have invested significant time and resources into understanding AI tools, but tools alone do not determine success,” said Molly Gimmel, CEO/Co-Founder of D2DInc. “Organizations also need governance, accountability, and execution discipline. AIRAA was created to help leaders address those realities before they become barriers to implementation and adoption.”

D2DInc brings more than two decades of experience supporting public- and private-sector organizations that operate in complex and highly regulated environments where accountability, governance, risk management, and execution discipline are essential.

“Technology alone does not create organizational transformation,” said Diana Dibble, President/ Co-Founder of D2DInc. “Organizations need the leadership alignment, operational discipline, and adoption infrastructure necessary to support lasting change. AIRAA was created to help organizations address those realities before they become barriers to success.”

“Organizations often underestimate the cultural, leadership, and governance factors that determine whether AI adoption succeeds,” said Dr. Veronica Lawrence-Ortega, CEO/Co-Founder of IEQ. “Tools do not fail organizations, sequencing does. My work has focused on helping organizations align people, leadership, and technology to create sustainable change. AIRAA brings those disciplines together to help organizations implement AI responsibly and effectively.”

IEQ contributes deep expertise in organizational psychology, ethical AI adoption, leadership, and technology change management. Led by Dr. Lawrence-Ortega, IEQ aligns organizations’ human potential, organizational culture, and emerging technologies to support sustainable growth and high-performing workplace environments.
